GET TO KNOW THE OWNERS!
Hi, we’re Lauren and Mia! We’ve been best friends since we were seven years old, and now we own Inclusion Fusion. Honestly, that friendship is the reason any of this exists.
We both grew up right here in Las Vegas and graduated from Coronado High School in 2016. Getting to build something for the hometown we grew up in still feels a little surreal, in the best way.
Our connection to the neurodivergent community started at the same time our friendship did. Lauren’s younger brother, Mason, was diagnosed with autism when he was two. Growing up, we spent so much time supporting him, volunteering, and joining programs that taught us what inclusion really looks like. Mason has been part of our lives from the very beginning, and now he’s part of Inclusion Fusion too. We’re so grateful we get to share this with him.
In high school, we created Promapalooza, a full-scale inclusive prom for neurodivergent teens and adults. That prom reminded us every year how much people loved being together. But we wanted to do more than one night a year. We listened to our community, saw what was missing, and decided we could help fill the gap.
Growing up with Mason and many of our members taught us about what inclusion really means. It also showed us what dramatically changes once neurodivergent people graduate high school and step into adulthood. There weren’t any places for them to make friends, find community, and just have fun. So, we decided to make one.
That’s how Inclusion Fusion began. Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where neurodivergent adults can be themselves and have meaningful social lives. Everyone deserves a night out with friends, a good time, and the feeling of belonging.
We also wanted a space we’d want to hang out in ourselves. Somewhere welcoming, real, full of great people. That’s why you’ll find us hosting trivia nights, weekly hangouts, all-girls’ groups, craft nights, and our big themed parties.
Getting to lead Inclusion Fusion is a dream come true, and doing it with your best friend makes it even better. We know firsthand how much it means to have a friend, a community, and someone to celebrate the good moments with. That’s the heart of this place, and we hope it spreads to our team, our members, and our community.
Thank you for being part of this. We’re so glad to share this journey with you. See you at IF!
With love and gratitude,
Mia & Lauren
