Inclusion Fusion’s Advisory Committee

Inclusion Fusion’s Advisory Committee is made up entirely of our neurodivergent adult members. It is led and run by our members.

At Inclusion Fusion, we believe that organizations, like ours, need neurodivergent voices at the forefront of decision making. If our mission is inclusion, then our members belong in leadership

And honestly, who better to be coming up with ideas and shaping our programs than our actual members? The people who are part of them! The people who show up to our events. The people who make this community what it is.

It’s important to us that our programs, events & activities are member-led. That means we actively involve our members’ voices and opinions in everything we do. From activities and themes to events and new ideas, our community helps shape the experience. And the Advisory Committee takes that commitment one step further.

Why It Matters:

Too often, decisions about neurodivergent adults are made without neurodivergent adults in the room. At Inclusion Fusion, we do things differently.

Our members:

  • Share their ideas

  • Give honest feedback

  • Help guide programming

  • Influence events

  • Shape the direction of Inclusion Fusion

When our members lead, Inclusion Fusion becomes stronger, more inclusive and more authentic. This committee ensures that the people we serve are the people shaping our future.
