About Inclusion Fusion

Inclusion Fusion is a social community for neurodivergent adults. We provide an inclusive space for those looking for real connection, friendship, and a community to belong to. From weekly social groups to trivia nights, adult parties, and game nights, we give our members the chance to experience what every adult should: a social life, a friend group, and a place to belong.

  • We are hiring Group & Event Instructors to lead and support our social groups, activities, clubs and events for neurodivergent adults.

    As a Group Instructor, you join our members in social groups/clubs, cooking groups, events like Trivia Night, parties, and other programs. At Inclusion Fusion, we are all about socializing, hanging out, and building real friendships. This role is just as much about being a positive peer and presence in the group as it is about leading activities.

    Details:
    Hours: Part- time & must be available evenings and weekends
    Location: In person @ Inclusion Fusion’s Space (11 Commerce Center Drive, Henderson NV 89014)

    Qualifications:

    • Must be 18 years or older

    • Passion for working with neurodivergent individuals and promoting inclusion and community

    • Social, friendly, outgoing, and personable

    • Positive, welcoming energy

    • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with members, families, and team members

    • Experience with individuals with disabilities (preferred but not required)

    • Experience leading or facilitating programs or activities (preferred but not required)

    • Must be available evenings and weekends
